6 Week Program

An online training program designed to suit and fit into your schedule suitable for your trimester. You will receive personalised online coaching from me for 6-weeks. However,  your plan will be loaded and available for the remainder of your trimester.  You have the option to then sign on again for the next trimester, if applicable, at a 15% discounted rate (this will consist of a 6-week program).
